RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Full-price, unused, garments areeligible for store credit ONLY within 20 days of receipt. Write to us at info@prairietraders.com for return instructions. We will provide a physical address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item to.
When we receive the returned merchandise, you will be issued store credit for the amount of your order, minus the original shipping and handling fees. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you must pay to ship your item back to us.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic shipping is via An Post Standard Delivery.
Tracking information for your purchase will be provided where possible.
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. We may use an alternate delivery service (such as GLS/UPS/Fastway) for larger packages.
Please double check your shipping address. Prairie will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
There are two forms of international shipping:
An Post Standard is the default, cheapest and most reliable option..
We also use GLS (Global Logistics Service) and UPS for larger shipments.
International orders are subject to customs, local duties and taxes. Payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees is the customer's responsibility.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paypal payments are processed automatically when you submit your order.
GIFT PACKAGING
If your order is a gift please let us know during checkout, and we will not include a receipt. If you would like a gift card included, please type a short note in the comments and we'll handwrite it on a card for you.
